Happy Alone’e

Another successful case with open-minded perspective and good cooperation

Recently, Knowing Buddha Organization received notification from Buddhists who support the organization’s work in protecting Buddhism. The report suggested that Happy Alone’e, a shop selling models and toys, sold a doll designed using Buddha’s images. Therefore, we informed the page that Buddha’s symbol should not be used for commercial purpose, and we decided to give the owner the right and proper ways to treat Buddha images.

Not long after, Happy Alone’e has responded and willing to resolve the matter as follows:

“I am willing to stop selling the product.” and “I had been stopped selling for a long time”.

Knowing Buddha Organization would like to express our sincere thanks to Happy Alone’e shop for their understanding and prompt correction to stop selling any Buddha products. We wish Happy Alone’e shop further success and prosperity in the future.

May we all be aware of this matter as a Buddhist. It is our duty when it comes to protecting and maintaining Buddhism and Buddha’s symbols. Whether or not you are Buddhist, proper respect is supposed to be spotted on in general. Guiding or correcting those around you who do not know would be highly appreciated.
