🌿 Global Meditation Connect (GMC) is a project connecting people around the world through meditation practice to cultivate a steadfast, calm, and mindful presence in the present moment, sending energy of love and loving-kindness to the world. This is a collaboration without division, focusing on meditation as the center, with no limits on race, religion, or culture. It is a joint effort to address the challenges of the modern world, including stress, pressure, and social changes.
The project launch at Wat Arun Ratchawararam, an important religious site and symbol of Thai Buddhist art and spirituality, is significant in reflecting Thailand’s potential in cultural heritage and Spiritual Tourism, and demonstrates Thailand’s position as a center of meditation extending to a global, universal level.
The group meditation practice at the prang (temple tower) courtyard of Wat Arun is to share Loving Kindness and positive energy to the global society. Organizing this event on “Valentine’s Day” expands the meaning of “love” to universal loving-kindness without borders and proves that…
✨ “Meditation” is a universal language that can truly transmit love, loving-kindness, and peace to the world ✨
