Every course is refined from over 25 years of intensive Vipassana practice by Vipassana Master Acharavadee Wongsakon, the founder of Bodhidhamma Yanasathan, a respected master honored with numerous national and international awards โ including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the medical board of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), a renowned global medical institution founded in the U.S.

Master Acharavadee oversees teaching and refines content to be accessible and effective for all ages.
